The house is rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis at €350 per week.
Oil and electricity are extra and charged at cost. Meters will be read on arrival and at departure.

- Arrival & Departure Times – The house will be available from 3.00 p.m. onwards on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. It may be possible to accommodate earlier check-in please enquire in advance.
- Deposit – A deposit of 20% is required to confirm reservation. The deposit will be acknowledged and booking confirmed.
- Property – The hirer is responsible for the property and is expected to take all reasonable care of it. Please report any shortcomings or defects (if any) in the property so that any such shortcomings or defects can be remedied. The holiday cottage, equipment and all utensils must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the hire period. Any additional costs incurred by us over and above normal cleaning costs will be charged to the hirer.
- Occupancy – The number of persons occupying the property shall not exceed 5 adults, without the express consent of the owners.
- Right to Decline – The owners reserve the right to decline accommodation for any reason even after the receipt of the full rental charge. A refund may be given.
- Children – Children should be supervised at all times, as the property is located on a working farm and in close proximity to a lake.
- Unavailability – In the unlikely event of the property becoming unavailable for reasons outside our control, we reserve the right to acquire a similar property in the area or refund your money in full.
- Charges – Electricity and heating oil are an additional charge. Standard meters will be read on arrival and departure. Bed linen and kitchen towels are included in the rental charge. Bathroom towels are available on request.
- Pets – Please discuss this with us when booking.
